Take a Moment for a Smile and some Laughter

Having a bad day? Here is something to cheer you up, maybe even bring you some laughter. 
As we grow old sometimes laughter is not apart of our ever day life, but we need to make sure we create or have something to laugh about. Why is this? Because Laughter can be one of the best medicines for you. Laughter  relaxes the whole body, boosts the immune system, triggers the release of (endorphin's) which is (hormones secreted within the brain and nervous system and having a number of physiological functions. They are peptides which activate the body's opiate receptors, causing an analgesic effect.) and last but not least laughter can protect the heart.

The Physical Health Benefits: Boosts immune System, Lowers stress hormones,Decreases pain, relaxes your muscles, and prevents heart disease.

The Mental Health Benefits: Adds joy and zest to the life, eases anxiety and fear, relieves stress, improves mood and enhances resilience.

Social Benefits: Strengthens relationships, Attracts others to us, Enhances teamwork, Helps defuse conflict and promotes group bonding.

We should live everyday with as much laughter as we can, if someone cant create the laughter than be the starter. Sooner or later everyone around you will have a bright and wonderful day.
