When it comes to Japanese food I am a big fan. Sushi, Tempura, Okonomiyaki name it and I love it all. But my favorite is ramen, but i have never eaten ramen like this. In Kyoto there is a ramen shop that drops fire on top of the noodles. its a quick 2-3 seconds making the soup and noodles even more delicious. At some point in my life I am planning to eat here.
