The three things that we cant let control us, the past, people and money. When it comes to the past we think about the times that made us happy, sad, excited, overwhelmed etc... Each of these emotions can bring us back and sometimes even bring us down. Saying to ourselves...I was so happy during that time of life, why isn't life like this anymore. Also when the most important person in your life passed away, all you want to do is see and talk to that person, which is not possible, so then it controls our feelings and makes it hard moving on in life, which brings sadness. Excitement may not be so much in our current life, but when thinking about the past when we felt excited, we try to feel that excitement more and more everyday to put some joy in our lives, and when we don't have anything that excites us, emotions get mixed and we let it bring us down. But when thinking about the times in the past when we felt very overwhelmed about certain things we get controlled in the present and sometimes it's hard to think clearly. When it comes to the people that think they can control you there is always a way to break that energy. Not in a bad way, but naturally escaping that negative energy by remembering who we are and realizing we can control our own lives by not putting it in others hands. People that try to control you are the people being controlled, I know it doesn't sound right but that's the answer I came to.
Some people will always stay the same and never learn, but there is always a time in life to overcome the things that do control us. Although money is necessary for food and living, we still let it control us more than it should from the media, rich people, and the superstars...etc. I think if we can control our own state of mind we can erase the unnecessary things in life and wake up with a smile on our face everyday when we wake up and go to sleep. We live day by day, so stay strong trust yourself with positive thoughts and stay moving at the pace you are comfortable with. HAVE A GREAT DAY/NIGHT AROUND THE WORLD
